Hall Rentals & Calendar
Whether it’s a celebration for a first birthday, wedding, or graduation, we can help. In order to book a function, primary homeowners must bring in their membership card and a $250 deposit to sign the contract. All tables, chairs, and white tablecloths are set up by the time of arrival. Decorations can be setup during the first hour. All decorations must be free-standing and emergency doors kept clear. Both halls fit 240 guests maximum. If vendors such as photo booths, face painters, balloon twisters, or other games participate, sponsor needs to decrease the guest count to accommodate vendors. All hall rental activities must be inside.
For more information on rates, reservations, or layout see HERE. Feel free to call 808-674-4444 ext.2 or email recreation@villagesofkapolei.com for more information. Mahalo!
