Landscaping ownership of parcels

Common areas across the eight villages are maintained by different parties — VOKA, the State, or the City. These maps show who owns and maintains each parcel in your village. Check the map before reporting an issue so it reaches the right agency.

Who to call about what

Median trees, street lights, street signs and perimeter walls are State-maintained. Homestead parcels fall under DHHL. Everything inside VOKA common areas comes to the association.
