Transfer of privileges
As a VOKA homeowner in good standing you have the privilege of using the Recreation Center and other common areas and services. If you rent out your property, you may transfer those privileges to your tenants by signing the Transfer of Privileges form. If the property is managed, your agent on record may sign in your stead.
Once the owner or agent completes the form, the tenant may obtain a VOKA ID card for one year, or the term of the rental agreement, whichever is less.
