Service Request
Have a question or need to submit a service ticket?
Service requests go through Vantaca, the association’s owner portal. Submitting online means your request is logged, routed to the right department and trackable — so nothing gets lost.

Log in to VantacaUse the credentials the office issued you.

Open “Requests”It’s in the left sidebar, marked with the paper-plane icon. Choose “New Request.”

Pick your request type“General” for maintenance and common-area issues, or “ARC” for anything architectural.

Fill in every field and attach photosPictures help the office act on your request without a second visit.

Include your name, village and lot number so the office can match your request to your record.
Planning exterior work? Painting, fences, solar, roofing, driveways and additions need design approval first — read the Covenants & Design Rules, then start a modification online.
