What you pay
Every VOKA member pays the association assessment. A small number of lots also carry a private road assessment for roadways the association does not own.
$62.00per month
Effective January 1, 2026. Charged to every member lot.
Private road assessments
As of September 2025 the private road assessments have been suspended. When they resume, the association will notify homeowners by mail. Assessments run until the road projects are fully funded.
How to pay
Four ways to pay your assessment. Autopay from a checking account through Property Pay is the only fee-free option.
Property Pay
Email the association to request your individual sign-up link. Include your full name, address and a phone number.
Free for autopay from a checking account. Processing fees apply to one-time payments and debit or credit cards.
Vantaca Pay
Log in to your Vantaca portal and choose “Payments” in the left sidebar. You can make a one-time payment or set up Auto Draft.
Coupon book or check
With a coupon book — enclose your payment and mail to the lock box:

Due dates & late fees
A $25.00 late fee is charged after the 15th of the month, regardless of when the payment posts from your account. Interest is applied at the end of the month. Send your payment early enough to arrive by the first to avoid the fee.
